Damaged in Transit

Let Us Help!

In the rare chance your artwork arrived damaged, don’t worry—we’ll resolve it quickly. Follow the steps below to help us assess and address the issue:

What to Do:

  1. Take Photos:

    • Close-up photos of the damage to the artwork.
    • A photo showing the entire print.
    • A clear photo of the package label (ensure the text and barcode are legible).
    • Photos of the packaging materials inside (bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the interior of the box, showing how the item was cushioned).
    • A photo of the outside of the package. If there’s visible damage to the box, include close-ups of the affected areas.

Note: Sometimes transport damage can occur without visible damage to the exterior packaging, so these photos are crucial.

  2. Ensure Good Resolution:

    • Send clear, high-resolution images. If possible, submit them in full or large size to ensure we can see all details.
  3. Send the Photos:

Once we receive your email, we’ll review the situation and get back to you promptly to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your understanding, and we’re here to make sure you’re happy with your artwork!
