Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your artwork. Please open and inspect your prints immediately upon receiving them. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we regret that we cannot process your request.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please provide photos to help us evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us to arrange the return of the original item. Once your return is approved and received, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original Paintings
Refunds are not offered for original paintings. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we highly recommend arranging a viewing—either in person or virtually—before making your purchase. If you encounter any concerns with your painting upon receipt, please contact us, and we will work closely with you to resolve the issue.

Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned pieces are non-returnable. However, we will collaborate closely with you throughout the process, ensuring the artwork meets your expectations before delivery.
