Continually changing their look, the desert hills are particularly stunning at sunrise and sunset. This image was created as the light softened and the colors intensified. Mother Nature has taken 80 million years to create this masterpiece whilst rain, weather and erosion relentlessly shape the colored shale on the hills blending deep red, brown, orange, yellow and white. Magnificent.
